Product Introduction:

Single-Model Technical Page: This page documents the dedicated XN-1532E laboratory configuration and its original 150–3200°C technical specification. For a side-by-side comparison of the current stainless-steel models, visit the XN-HTS-E Series Joule Ultrafast Heating System.

XN-1532E is a laboratory high-temperature Joule heating system capable of reaching 150–3200°C through resistive Joule heating of a sample held between copper electrodes inside a stainless steel vacuum chamber. A dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump evacuates the chamber to 6 × 10−2 Pa, or the chamber can be backfilled with protective gas (N₂ and similar). A 30 V / 150 A DC power supply drives the heating current; the system supports manual/automatic modes, pulse heating (minimum pulse width 1 ms, 1–100 pulse count), 6-stage segmented programming, and programmable ramp heating. A touchscreen panel displays real-time temperature, current, and voltage; data are acquired at sampling frequencies of 100 Hz to 10 kHz via RS485 + USB. An AI-assisted analysis module supports preprocessing of XRD, BET, SAXS, electrochemical, temperature, energy, and TEM data, and data analysis using SVM, RF, Neural Networks, and Bayesian networks for material electrochemical performance prediction.
