I. Product Introduction
It is mainly used for sample preparation in laboratory battery material research, including the sealing of batteries and capacitor research cells. It can also be used for small-batch trial production in factories. The machine is pneumatically driven.
II. Main Features
- The lower clamping ring adopts a high-precision positioning limit to control the battery sealing height, preventing unstable sealing pressure caused by excessive pressure and avoiding damage to the battery and sealing cup.
- The sealing mold is equipped with a screw spring top-core mechanism, ensuring that if the coin cell gets stuck during sealing and cannot be removed, it can be easily ejected by turning the top screw rod.
- The equipment can be connected to both gas cylinders such as argon and hydrogen, or to compressed air. The exhaust port can externally vent waste gas from the glove box, preventing damage to the glove box atmosphere.
- The precision mold design ensures highly reliable sealing and features a safety interlock structure for safer operation.
- Compact size and easy operation; it can be placed inside a glove box (transition chamber diameter above φ360).
- Pure pneumatic operation, no electricity required, convenient and practical.
