Name: Stainless-Steel Joule Ultrafast Heating System
Equipment Type: Stainless-Steel-Chamber Joule Ultrafast Heating System
Product Code: XN-HTS-E
Brand: Xnergy

Product Introduction:

The XN-HTS-E Series is the stainless-steel-chamber configuration of Xnergy’s Joule ultrafast heating platform. Electrical current passes through the sample to produce localized, millisecond-scale thermal pulses for rapid sintering, thermal-shock studies, and high-temperature materials research.

All three E-Series models use a 25 × 35 × 35 cm stainless-steel operating chamber. The platform combines infrared temperature measurement, programmable pulse control, vacuum or compatible protective-gas operation, real-time temperature/current/voltage acquisition, and data storage.

Key Features:

Stainless-steel operating chamber
Maximum heating rate up to 20,000 °C/s
Minimum pulse width of 1 ms; 1–100 pulses
Infrared non-contact temperature measurement
Vacuum, argon, nitrogen, and compatible protective-gas operation
Temperature, time, pulse, segmented, and manual control modes
Real-time temperature, current, and voltage acquisition
RS485 and USB data communication
One to four configurable test channels
Carbon-cloth or graphite high-temperature stage
Overcurrent protection and emergency stop
