Name: Ceramic Three Roll Mill
Equipment Type: Desktop Laboratory Ceramic Three Roll Mill
Product Code: XN-50
Brand: Xnergy
Product Introduction:
The XN-50 Ceramic Three Roll Mill is a desktop laboratory system for grinding, refining, and dispersion of viscous materials. Material passes between three horizontal alumina ceramic rollers operating at a 1:2:4 speed ratio. Differential roller speeds generate squeezing and shear forces that break down agglomerates and improve dispersion uniformity.
The interactive control interface displays the current roller speed and gap in real time and provides abnormal-condition prompts. The roller gap is adjusted in 1 μm increments, while an external speed-control knob supports stepless operation from 0 to 500 rpm.

Working Principle:
Material enters the inlet gap between the first and second rollers. Squeezing and shear forces generated by the differential roller speeds reduce agglomerates and distribute the material. It then passes through the outlet gap between the second and third rollers for further refining before discharge.
