Product Introduction:

The XN-50EP Ceramic Three Roll Mill is an upgraded desktop system for laboratory grinding, refining, and dispersion of viscous materials. Material passes between three horizontal alumina ceramic rollers operating at a 1:2:4 speed ratio. The differential roller speeds generate squeezing and shear forces that break down agglomerates and improve dispersion uniformity.

An external touchscreen interface displays the current roller gap and operating speed in real time. The machine also provides a real-time pressure curve for monitoring grinding conditions and dispersion stability. Mechanical scale readings and electronic gap values are designed to remain consistent.

Working Principle:

Material enters the inlet gap between the first and second rollers. Squeezing and shear forces generated by the differential roller speeds reduce agglomerates and distribute the material. It then passes through the outlet gap between the second and third rollers for further refining before discharge.
