End-Face Raman Testing Mold XN-GT16

SKU: XN-GT16

End-Face Raman Testing Mold (XN-GT16) — a Raman testing mold with a high-transmittance quartz window for in-situ Raman observation of the electrode end face, with good electrical conductivity. The quartz window is heat-resistant, acid-resistant, thermally stable and electrically insulating, transmitting UV, visible (over 93%, up to 99%) and IR light. 70 mm assembly height, Φ6–20 mm customizable inner diameter, for room-temperature use. Built from stainless steel and PEEK.

Product Code: XN-GT16
Brand: Xnergy

Product Introduction

The XN-GT16 is an end-face Raman testing mold fitted with a high-transmittance quartz window, allowing in-situ Raman observation of the electrode end face (anode and cathode) during testing. It offers good electrical conductivity and is used at room temperature.

Key Features

High-transmittance quartz window — heat-resistant, acid-resistant, thermally stable and electrically insulating. It transmits short-wave UV (which ordinary glass strongly absorbs), has high visible-light transparency (transmittance over 93%, up to 99%), and transmits infrared light well. It is also corrosion-resistant, water-resistant and offers good optical uniformity.
In-situ observation of the anode and cathode end face.
Good electrical conductivity.
