Product Introduction:

The XN-GT03-TC is the ceramic version of the high-pressure XN-GT03 solid-state battery assembly mold, adding a zirconia/ceramic inner liner. Like the XN-GT03, it is focused on accuracy and stability: it uses a central-screw pressure system instead of a three-jaw nut design, distributing force evenly across the fixture and eliminating problems from uneven torque and pressure, and it is equipped with a high-strength compression spring that maintains constant pressure throughout testing. Sleeve diameter 40 mm, assembly height 200 mm, inner diameter Φ10 mm (customizable for large orders), working pressure ≤800 MPa.

Assembly Steps:

1. Check the accessories — frame (× 1), insulating sleeve (× 1), hand-wrenching parts (× 2), electrode columns (× 2), ceramic ring (× 1), and silicone sealing ring
2. Assemble the mold sealing ring as shown
3. Align the electrode with the inner hole of the liner, hold the electrode post, and rotate to assemble
4. Hold the electrode post by hand and gently turn the hand-wrenching part to assemble
5. Place the assembled inner liner into the frame
6. Rotate the top screw to press the inner liner — assembly of the XN-GT03-TC mold is complete
