Product Introduction

The XN-GT02-TQ is the ventilated version of Xnergy’s GT02 solid-state battery mold. Its electrode post integrates a dedicated gas vent hole (2 mm opening) for an integrated gas-path design: specified gases such as CO₂, H₂S, SO₂ and O₂ can be injected into the cell to simulate a particular atmosphere or to induce material reactions, while gases produced during the reaction can be exhausted and collected for real-time detection of the material’s gas sensitivity and reaction products.

The XN-GT02-TQ ventilated mold has been used in a published gas-evolution study of sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries (Nano Letters, 2025), in which a DEMS cell tracked gases such as CO₂, O₂, SO₂ and H₂S evolved during cycling.
