The XN-MUJH is a project-engineered ultrafast Joule heating platform for multi-process thermal treatment. A customized graphite boat acts as both the sample carrier and resistive heating element, enabling programmable rapid heating for solid-waste resource recovery, plastic pyrolysis, and biomass-derived carbon material preparation.

The modular system can integrate a water-cooled sealed chamber, programmable DC power supply, industrial control computer, vacuum system, gas collection and condensation, energy metering, and optional heated transfer lines. Chamber geometry, sample fixtures, atmosphere connections, process temperature, cooling capacity, power system, and data functions are configured around the customer’s material and process objectives.
