The XN-PLT uses a water-cooled DC non-transferred plasma torch to generate a stable high-temperature plasma jet. Magnetic-drive arc rotation promotes uniform plasma temperature and repeatable operation, while mass-flow control supports precise gas delivery for materials synthesis, treatment, coating, thermal simulation, waste processing, and analytical research.
The system integrates constant-current or constant-voltage DC power, MFC gas control, closed-loop water cooling, PLC/HMI monitoring, high-speed data acquisition, and multiple safety interlocks.
