Battery Research Molds

Xnergy Materials offers battery test cells and molds for electrochemical research, materials development, and battery testing. The range includes solid-state battery molds, in-situ Raman, X-ray and microscopy cells, Swagelok-type two- and three-electrode cells, flow-battery cells, and other custom test fixtures. Available configurations include stainless steel, titanium, PEEK and ceramic bodies, with quartz or sapphire observation windows where required. Custom sizes, materials, electrode configurations and observation windows are available for R&D, pilot-scale and industrial applications.
